Allow me to say, this may be the most exciting development in DC in the past 20 years. No one is mentioning it, of course, because they're too busy making up stuff. That's because they do such a good job...

Craig Counsell said Hader, Wilkerson and Espino are in mix for rotation at AAA Colorado Springs. Espino has a future in the major leagues. I expect him to be up this season in MIL. He does not throw hard, but he gets hitters out. Wilkerson had stunning numbers last season in AAA for BOS, but predictably struggled in the thin air of Colorado Springs and the offensive environment of the PCL west. Hader is as good of a lefty pitching prospect as their is in the game. Let's hope...

I find it difficult to believe that these are not satire. This is how they lose all but the snowflakes.

If you can afford spring break you're not a broke college student sorry.--Katelyn Rose Amen.

What should the Rockies do after the recent run of injuries? A short time ago, in a server far, far away, several members of the Purple Row staff had an internal debate on how the Rockies

Monday Orioles spring training game thread: J.J. Hardy is back in action
J.J. Hardy is back in the Orioles lineup. Hooray! As long as he doesn’t get hurt and leave early. One sight that hasn’t been seen yet this Orioles spring training is J.J. Hardy getting into a game. Hardy is in the lineup today, but you won’t see him unless you’re in Sarasota or outsid...

World Baseball Classic update: Brandon Crawford is hot, and Buster Posey hit a dinger
Also, Brandon Crawford is doing well at the plate. Before Brandon Crawford went to play for the United States in the World Baseball Classic, he was cold. He was 2-for-17 in the Cactus League, which means as much as 17 March at-bats usually means, but that doesn’t mean it was easy to watch.
